Dr Jim, the KHD is still on the dashboard, the charts are gone.

My KH is gone from the Dashboard (but the blue dot shows under DISPLAY). I'm having some other connectivity issues with the App so my problem may be different from everyone elses.

I just realised that my logbook is empty - I had store more than 5 months of measurements in that and the whole history of my aquarium. Whats happen?

All my logbook entries are still there, except the KHD data.

I have a standalone doser with KHD and my KHD charts are also gone.

@Vinny@GHLUSA , allot of people have had there charts drop it’s posted on the GHL forum as well. The new App update killed it in IOS.

Not just IOS, Android also. All the KHD measurements are gone, except the latest measurements.

Also, not only the logbook, but the charts in the actual KH Director disappeared.. it’s measuring, recording (luckily I also had the app on a old ipad that didn’t update the app by itself and the chart is there), but the new app is not showing it..

Quite apparent that the app / web portal update for removing readings has had an unintended side effect.

Update

My problem is solved and I got back my data and logbook. Looks like my P4 had done some own indexing but @MatthiasF at GHL suporrt solve it - thank you
