So I just removed the majority of my sandbed. What a relief! The sandbed was driving me insane, 50% of it turned into concrete. I pulled out a hunk that was about 20" x 9"!

What's really cool is that on one side of the tank where I siphoned out the sand, a huge plate of solidified sand created a really cool over-hang/clif. Pics soon once I finish cleaning it up.
I'm interested to see the tank with no sand. :)

Thanks for the compliments! Due to the issues I was having with SPS I picked up some acans. Here is one of them I've had for a few months. I am still working on getting a FTS :)

Thank you! What's really funny is now that I've cleared out my sand my tangs new poop spot is right over the acans, so they fed every day LOL

Here are some zoas I've had in my tank for years. Slow grower, sold to me as everlasting gobstoppers. They have a green interior, orange on the outside.

Thank you for the compliments. I highly recommend acans, they're easy to keep and come in a huge variety of colors. I recommend purchasing them from vendors at frag swaps, you can acquire them for pretty cheap!

Thank you. The central acan you're talking about is definitely the best one in the group. The same acan is pictured several times, it's in the center of the first photo I posted, awhile back I posted a zoomed in picture of that same acan.

The super-orange one is also nice, the pigmentation is intense, I've never seen anything quite that orange before.

None of these have a name yet, I purchased most of them from a vendor at a frag swap last year.

I've loved following your thread! Hey, I would LOVE to know is this coral in the background a Yellow Scroll (turbinaria) or a type of Montipora?

I really dig it, and would love to add a similar coral to my tank!

I run reef brights with my ATI PM 8 bulb..I always loved the blue that reefbrights give out... How have you like them so far?
