Decided for whatever reason to expand from local forums...

current tank about to be upgraded is a 46 BF drilled mixed reef with BML lights, an ATS and a carbon reactor running about 750 GPH.

I have been skimmer free for about a year now, and have TONS of pods with NO algea in the display.

Corals are growing like crazy and I'm in the market for a 75 to 90.

I grew up on the Texas coast and have always been into "keeping" things; but have only had aquariums for a few years now. I found an abandoned 29BC stocked and ready to go (in an apartment whose tenant had been evicted) and have been going ever since.

I've always enjoyed R2R's facebook posts and am happy to be here.
