Looking for an id

I don't usually put softies in my tank, but I picked up this frag and I don't know what it is. I've had it in my planted tank and now transferring it to my classroom tank. Hoping to get an id. Please ignore all the aptaisia and bubble algae in my planted tank. All photos taken with phone but some are under more whites.

Soft corals like these are extremely difficult to identify at the species level. Usually the spicules inside the animal need to be inspected microscopically.

That being said, this appears to *possibly* be a "Colt coral" as it's casually known, or Cladiella sp.
