Low nutients in a young system

I am having a some issues with the LPS corals in my tank that I believe are related to low available nutrients. Most of the coral have lost their "fluffiness" that they had when I bought them.

The tank has been running with 0 available nutrient for about a month now. Alk and Ca and salinity have been stable.

I feed a pinch of cobalt marine veggie flake once daily.

Had that too in my new system a few months ago. Poor LPS health and as a bonus a diatom bloom (might not be related to low nutrients) that lasted for weeks. Dialed back on my NoPox dosing and now maintain 3-5 ppm NO3 and <.05 PO4. Everything seems much healthier and vibrant now.

Any fish in the system?

Try feeding a coral food like ReefRoids or Reef Frenzy, or Reef Energy.

Update.

Started feeding heavily daily and target feeding reef roids once weekly.

Daily feeding
1-2 Pinches of cobalt flake.
2 t phytofeast ( 3 quick squirts from the bottle)
1.5 to 2 cubes rods frozen
LPS aminos .5 ML

I now have a sump full of cheato and a display being over run with hair algae. I am siphoning the gha into a sump sock 1 to 2 times a week and upped the fuge light to 12 hours hoping to out compete the display.

Most of the coral are doing the same as before

Manually remove the GHA and add more CUC to eat the GHA. Most CUC won't touch it unless it is short, and then they will keep it under control.

Sounds like you over fed a bit. Take half of the chaeto out of the sump to allow nutrients to be detectable.
