I just run a Tek 6 over my 75. Front to back it's Blue+, 10K, Fiji Purple, Blue+, 10K, Blue+. No LED supplementation.

This one is for you Rob.

honeycombfavia_18371.jpg

You might recognize that one and perhaps the 2nd favia on the 1st page. Got those both from you a while back as a couple polyps of each. Been doing great and looking better and better. This one has certainly been a slower grower, but it's been doing well. The Mumbo-Jumbo has grown like mad and colored up so nicely. I remember when you sent it to me you said it was struggling and figured you'd see if I could do anything with it. When I got it I wasn't too sure about it, but it's come a long ways.

lol! I did not realize that. The mumbo Jumbo looks amazing. I have seen it do all kinds of crazy color changes, but yours looks especially cool. Love the big polyps too. And the Psychadelic Honeycomb (last pic) appears to be very happy. Another large polyp variety, with those crazy colors, POP!

Here's probably one of my favorite acans I've had...sadly lost this piece in November to a tank disaster. Thankfully I should be able to get a frag back some time soon.

Thanks guys.

See, you've just been looking at the wrong lps dude. You don't have to be an lps lover, or even a coral lover, to appreciate stuff like this.

Nope, that's my Raspberry BubbleYum. I've had that piece for years. I got it as a brown wild colony from Indo and over the course of about a year it turned out to be an amazing piece!

Thanks, that top piece is/was my original Baby's Breath favia colony. I got that as a two polyp frag from ReefReady and grew it out over the course of a couple years. Sadly I lost this piece shortly after that picture was taken, in the same tank disaster that I lost the acan to. I took that picture in November, basically a week or two before the tank blowout. I had also fragged it along the way, and you can kind of see in the picture where I had fragged it along the back. Now I'm starting out again with a frag. I miss that coral and can't wait till my new piece grows back out to look like that.

Wow, what are the three Chalice's in post #32 called? The first two are amazing looking!

The first one is the new LE Acid Bath chalice. Got that one some time back. It really is amazing. The second is the Bahama Mama, and the last one is, like I said, my Raspberry BubbleYum.
