I have been using LRS foods for a little over a year now and can say that I have seen a significant boost in the overall health and color of my fishes. It is very clean right out of the package so no need to rinse.
I feed a couple of their blends;
Reef Frenzy, Fertility Frenzy, Fish Eggs, Nori, and Herbivore Frenzy.

If you contact Larry he can help get it to an area LFS for you. He's really great to deal with.
One lfs briefly carried lrs. Not sure what happened but they cut business relations. Only other one I don't particularly care for. Closest lfs that does carry is over 2 hrs away

I've used LRS for years and Reef Frenzy Nano is great for my 40 breeder. No seaweed and smaller bits for smaller mouths. I don't have any herbivores and picking the seaweed out of the standard Reef Frenzy got old real quick.

I use the LRS Reef Frenzy Nano because most of my fish are small with the exception of a Melanurus and CBB, but there are chunks big enough for them as well. In addition to LRS they get live worms.

I used it for about a year. The only store in region no longer carries it. Not sure why or if it's available anywhere in Canada but it's not available anywhere near me that I found. I did like the food as did the fish.
