LTA acting weird

Hi all.
so we have a small 13gal(?) tank (see photos please—my husband is the enthusiast but he’s gone right now)… I don’t currently know the parameters or how to check them but my husband just cleaned it and did a water change about a week ago. We also had a long power outage (like 10hrs) where the water stayed a good temp but there was no flow. Everything seemed fine after that… but the anemone has been acting weird since then and has since moved.
we’ve had the tank for a few months now and my husband takes very good care of it.. we have numerous things in this tank (all habitat building tank friendly things—hermit crabs, spider crab, 3 clown fish, couple snails, lta anemone, feather duster, sexy shrimp, cleaner shrimps,..) everything has seemed fine and healthy and happy in there but the anemone moved again recently and then the spider crab was kinda seemingly stalking him for the last few days but I don’t know if that was bothering the anemone or if he is just not happy with his current living situation.. I just wasn’t sure if this was normal..we’re going on like day 4 of him being all scrunched up and inside himself and trying to attach.. he is moving and changing but staying in this spot which is fine but he hasn’t opened up in a while. Just starting to worry.. we do usually have lights on during the day and we switch it to blue light and then off during the night.. not sure if this is enough info to help figure out what’s going on with him but Check the photos. The ones with the tank light on was last night before bed and the ones with the light off (where he looks like he’s attaching to the glass) was in the middle of the night. Also included an older photo when he was attached to the rock and we had a different rock layout—he actually moved underneath the rocks after this for a few weeks until the power outage I mentioned above. with such a long power outage, the number one issue is lack of oxygen, second is the temp, but you said it didnt change. Lack of oxygen might be the root of the problem. As FYI, there are some cheap battery powered air pumps you can buy for cases of long power outage. But I don't know how to help your anemone, sorry, good luck.

10 hrs no flow is bad. 3 clowns in a 13 gallon tank is not going to work long term either.

Dig a hole in the sandbed and place the nems foot against the bare glass at the bottom of the tank and see if it attaches.
