My LTA this morning is a ball. He stung my yellow tang to death but didn’t eat him. Tank is a year old and everything is good w lights 0 across the board.

It is not uncommon. I’ve had my LTA over a year now. It moved around once over a few days and does ball up on occasion. I recommend just leaving it alone and it will find a new spot. I think it’s just fine.

Did your LTA pick off your tangs? I lost two yellow and a powder blue within the last few months since getting the LTA. Parameters are all zeros. And they were all happy eating fat fish that weren’t bullied.

My lta tends to ball up at night and extend during the day.
It has not stung or killed any of the fish housed with it.
