LumiLight pro 50-50 questions

Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone else uses LumiLight pro 50-50’s? I am using them as my main light but I am curious to see what anyone can grow under them with a bit of detail like how far it is off the water surface. I don’t have a par meter so I am a bit unsure of the settings I should run. Mine is about 3.5 inches off the surface with a tank depth of around 10

You know actually quite well. I only bought some pink and green kenya trees to test and they have opened fully at different heights. I have a hammer which is roughly in the middle height wise and I can’t tell if its due to lighting or water quality but the colours definitely look more pale
