Hey guys, I have an ocellaris clown fish pair I got from the store a month ago. My parameters are stable nothing out of the ordinary at all. The clown had lympho when I got her so the guy at the shop pulled it off the clown. Within the first week the male deteriorated quickly. The female is still kicking still a really strong eater and it’s been about 3 weeks. Her lympho is the same and has grown a little bigger maybe doubled in the last 3 weeks but this morning the white thing on her lip went black/red like a badly popped blister. Any tips? Photo of white growths on female and male that passed.

Please post pictures under white lighting as these fish rarely get lympho

Lympho also rarely takes down a fish. Something else might be of issue.

Also bad water quality in the tank can make lympho start to grow. One of my brothers maroons had it. But it did not affect how she ate. Now if the fish is quite old that might affect them. BUT again in rare cases does a fish not eat.
I gave it DKI 1.3 B Glucan, good for immune system. It’s possible you have something else.

Follow what @vetteguy53081 said and if when you’re free post some pics. I also don’t see any pictures. I see a space in your post as if a picture was there but nothing to sees

This fish shows both signs of aggression likely from other clown and what may be secondary bacterial lesions. Hard to clearly tell as pics are a little fuzzy

There’s only a baby juvenile about 1/10th of her size in there. Unless you mean aggression from store and healing still after a month?

Hey guys new to marine and been breeding all sorts of freshwater years. My tank is rock solid lower end for kh but I’m just trying to keep it stable instead of chasing **** atm. A month ago I shopped around as I wanted a large adult pair of clowns not some juvies. I know the risk of it being through wholesalers and different hands a lot so risk will be higher than say a juvenile fish. When I found one it had lympho and the store pulled some of the growths out. I added the female and male to my tank as it was the first fish in the tank. They are doing great open nipping at me when I’m cleaning the glass. Day 3 I added a mocha from my 70 as I needed its tank to quarantine and the mochas new tank I wasn’t confident in yet. The mocha was the odd ball out started submitting quickly. Mocha would follow the female and sleep with the female but absolutely no aggression from either any clown even during feeding and night time. Day 5 the male started acting different, looks abit wrinkled and I knew something was wrong but he didn’t have obvious signs of anything his gills looked good but he refused food and anything he did eat he’d spit out fins were perfect no signs of an attack or anything just looked like idk someone sucked all the oxygen out of him. Next morning I found him dead. I watched the female for 2 weeks and I moved the mocha to his new tank and a juvenile for each of them to pair with. Everything’s great now the females eating like a pig but she doesn’t swim in the open as much I think they enjoy the caves underneath. Mocha tank is amazing they love the anemone and no signs of anything. I’m just worried about my female as last night her lip went from white to black. Looks like a pimple other than that she’s eating great!

That does look like lympho after all.

But I don’t see it as the cause not eating, the male is dead now?
Female is eating male died first week but females still good I’m just worried about her lympho and her lip its gone black I’ll take a photo under white light tonight

Often female will fight and obtain this bump from battle. They look to be peaceful until you turn your back and then the negative behavior begins. Keep an eye on it or even set your cell phone on video Mode for several minutes and walk away and see if behavior changes especially at feeding.

I don't see the black part - the question is why is the lymphocystis still there. Can you post all of your parameters including salinity, temp, ammonia, nitrate, etc
