Magnifica Flow Video

Hello - looking for opinions on whether this it too much, not enough, or just the right amount of flow for my h. magnifica anemone. He's been in the tank for 3 months or so and is doing well. Increased the flow about 3 days ago and he hasn't moved much, if any, so seems to be ok?

Especially interested in the thoughts of @OrionN or other experienced mag keepers.

Very good,, ebb and flow is the key..with mags from what I've seen.
