Anyone have a light they use for Mangroves that I can place light a small spot light that won’t affect my tank ?

I can likely help you out, but I'll need a little more information first, please.

1) size of mangrove now
B) size of mangrove you want
iii) location of mangrove
d.) Substrate?
d.5) tank size, lighting, placement, etc.

Bonus points for pictures, because I no read good.

Mangrove is about 6-8 inches tall and it not in any substrate just in my rear chamber in the salt water with a clap holding it my tank size is a 25 gal IM lagoon my light is a AI Prime for my tank. I will send a pic in a min

I bought a 60 watt grow light from amazon and a gooseneck clip on lamp. The light is clipped onto the popbloom light mount and it spotlights my mangrove.

I use this among others, extra light imo only benefits your reef. Mangroves do better with lots of light. I use over 200watts on closely positioned mangroves.

Nice I love it does that affect your water like algae growing?

Not sure but 6 watts is way underpowered. My guess is no, remember mangroves grow in full tropical sun.

Nice I love it does that affect your water like algae growing?

No algae problems, but very diligent about keeping aquarium clean. I think the added low spectrum light (5000k) benefits corals.
