Hello

A few months have now passed since the start of my nano reef tank and it's very good.
I did without a skimmer and sump and wanted a clean and simple look. It works very well

The tank is supplied with Triton for other methods, which is dosed 4 times a day.
I do a 30L water change and clean the tank weekly. An EcoTech Radion G5 x15 is
used as a lamp and an AI Nero 5, which I still had from my old tank.
I use an OASE Biomaster Thermo for the filtering, this is a canister filter that has a heater,
which is very protic. There is also a pre-filter that is very easy to clean. This is filled with
Seachem Matrix and some carbon and absorber. With this tank, for the first time I didn't
want to use a skimmer or sump. The technology should be very simple with this tank and also very clean

Tank specs
- 29x15x15 inches (75x40x40cm)
- LED Lampe Eco Tech Radion G5 X15
- Pump AI Nero 5
- Oase Biomaster Thermo 350 Canister Filter for Coal and Po4 Absorber
- Reef Factory Dosing Pump X4
- Supplements Triton Core 7 for other methods

Now some pictures and a video of the tank.
If you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them for you.

Marco

Nice looking tank & I love the location, tucked back into the wall!

I've been in the hobby 20+ years and after a number of bigger tanks, I've just started a 16g nano with just a HOB filter. At some point I'll be rebuilding my 40g rimless cube, which I made a number of years ago. It may become an AIO system. I expect to go without fish.

Beautiful tank! I love the simplicity and clean look of it!

What hardships have you encountered so far without a sump? How are you controlling temp?

Many Thanks.

I have to be careful with the feeding that the Nitra doesn't get too high. Is around 7-14, I have no problems with PO4.

A heater is installed in the canister filter, which I can adjust.
