Marine aquascaping for beginners.

My simple a** trying to create a marine aquascape for the first time...

I used acrylic rods and superglue to hole my rock together. If you plan to add coral to the landscaping, they will fill in a lot of areas. what you have is not bad, looks good. Maybe on the left add something on top of those rocks.

Thanks for the advice, yes I do want to build that up a bit on the left there I just don't have a good rock for that spot. I will order some more before I start setting up the main tank and I think with a few small pieces I can add some more interest.

Looks good either way. I changed my rockscape up a few times during the first year of my tank. I had a feeling I'd want to switch things up so I purposely did not glue the rocks together. Good luck with the scape!

Good advice, IMO. I did the same thing. Then my wife wanted to rescape it a year or so ago. So “final” is apparently not a word in our household vocab hahaha

Yeah I may want to change it up a few times, after I set up the larger tank I may redo or even break this one down completely, who knows. I just felt a strong need to get my feet salty instead of trying to set up this 120g and get it right the first time. It also gives me something to play around with while the other tank is cycling and developing it's ecosystem.
