Hey guys, I’m looking into buying a Mass Destruction Favia from Jason Fox but I’ve bought Favia from him in the past and it didn’t really look like the picture. Have any of y’all bought it? Does it actually look like the picture they have posted? Thanks guys!

Is it WYSIWYG? That's a decent sized colony for that price and color. If it's not WYSIWYG, you'll likely get a frag with some variation of that color. I'm sure theres some level of editing involved with their photos, a lot of these coral sites do it. It should be somewhat close to the picture though as long as you're viewing it under the same lighting.

I bought a punked our Favia from them a while back, definitely WYSIWYG but it was never the same color as the pic. Mine was grey/brown and the pic was pastel blue/light pink. So just on past experience I think they might doctor the photos a little or something like that because I had it in full light pretty high up in my tank for almost a month and it never showed the colors online. The WYSIWYG on this Favia looks exactly like the mother colony (the pic I posted) so I was wondering if anyone bought it and can vouch for color differences between theirs and the website’s (posting pic of the punked out I got)

HOW MUCH DOES A FISH’S FEEDING REQUIREMENTS AFFECT YOUR STOCKING DECISIONS?
