Maxi mini carpet anemone being weird

I have 2 maxi mini’s in a ~ 30 gal tank. One is beautiful big and fat ( we’ll call that one pancake) , has doubled in size in the last year I’ve had the tank and the other ( we’ll call that one flapjack) was big and beautiful but is behaving weird now. Pancake does have a big bubble on it I just noticed today, doesn’t seem to cause him issues, but is odd…. Flapjack has wedged his foot in a hole, been there for the last year, but now seems to be stretching towards flow or light constantly. Flapjack used to sit flat on his rock and has always been a great eater and very vibrant but now seems maybe a little more dull than he used to be.

The 'bubble' looks like a possible bud, meaning it may be forming a new anemone.
As far as 'Flapjack' goes, are you able to move it to get more light and see how it reacts?

Thanks for your reply! I am not, it’s foot is secured into a hole in a rock, I’ve had them both for a year and he only started doing this in the last few weeks or so. As far as changes, I’ve increased the intensity on the light thinking it was stretching for light. The tank is pretty close to a window that gets quite a bit of sunlight but as days have gotten shorter I figured the anemone may have not been as much light as before
