I have just purchased and installed 6 of these lights, maybe it was not a great idea. I understand that there is a learning curve with all new technology. The instructions about using the app are leaving much to be desired. Some of the programming I have figured out. I need to group all these lights together and the video is as clear as mud.
I went to their customer support and of course no phone number. I am also unable to lodge a ticket. Starting to irritate me already.
Any help would be appreciated.

BRS is the distributor for Maxspect. Reach out to them and see if they can help or have a contact

After my original rant I was playing around with the app and am starting to figure it out…….I think, as long as I don’t have to do it again. It seems like you just have to tap on things and see what it does and try remember what you did.
Maybe I will turn this into a users thread. Anyone who wants to add please feel free.

I seem to be getting more familiar and comfortable using this app. My next question is, it shows you can import settings but the explanation in their video seems a little vague. Do any of you know where to find different settings,is there some sort of library that we can tap into or do you just have to figure it out yourself. I hope that I am not expecting too much from this technology.
So far I am happy with these lights, but then again they have only been running for about 3 days.
