Maxspect Jump 165 Blue

Hey I just got the Maxspect Jump 165 blue and have trie multiple times to set it up. The wifi password and all the steps have been completed and yet there is an issue. Please help with any suggestions on how to connect the device to my phone! Thank you!

Make sure you are using the right bandwidth or what not. Not the 5.

Yup on the 2.4, but just keep saying there is a connection issue. I connected it the other way but have to make manual adjustments each time and connect it each time. I have tried various combos of the connection instructions to no avail.

Im having the same trouble. It will not connect to my Wi-Fi and says it has an issue. If there is anyone out there that can help with this issue, it would be much appriciated.

I had to just do the other sync method. Not the best as you cannot do wireless updates but once you set it up, it’s a pretty great light. Would say just as good or better then a so hydra 32

I had to create a separate 2.4 account on my modem even though my modem said it would connect to either automatically, I was able to set it up as a quest account, and after doing that I had no problems setting up my lights. Hope this helps.
