Hi is there a nack to this?

Ive tried all the videos, tried android and ios, router is 2.4ghz only (5ghz disabled), no matter what i do it just will not find the light..

Well after trying everything, maxspect were useless, but ive heard the local reps are better. Ended up buying a £16 tp link that it works with

The TP Link you bought. Was it a wifi extender or a stand alone router? I have Eero routers and am having zero luck getting this light connected. Thank you!
