Maxspect Saxby program clone

Anyone ever try cloning David Saxbys program from AI on a Maxspect. I’m talking about the up and down time points. On my 10g LPS/Zoa tank I run an AI Prime 16HD with David Saxbys program modified to cap at 53% and the corals seem to be responding real well. I’m wondering if I can try something similar on a Maxspect R5X R5-150 on a 40br SPS tank.
