MaxSpext C35A Algae Grow Light - Anyone Have one

Anyone have a C35A Algae grow light. I am setting up a refugium for the first time and came across a good deal on this light but I know nothing about LED lights. It has 2 channels, a warm white and a red. Should I run both channels? At what intensity? Or should I only run one or the other at what intensity?

And, how do you like the light so far?

If you don't happen to have this Model light but have knowledge, can you share with me what you think my settings should be?
