This month's photo of the month will focus on Sumps. Show us your good, your bad, your clean, your dirty. We want to see how your sump is set up and how it operates. Feel free to do a little writeup along side your photo.

For this contest you can submit 1 photo OR one photo collage. A photo collage can consist of no more than 4 photos, all connected to create 1 square or rectangle.

Have fun and Happy Reefing.

The contest is open to current CTARS members only.

This month's prize is a $20 gift certificate to Headie Coral's.

* Contest is open to current CTARS members only.

* Deadline is May 14th @ 11:59 PM EST. Any photos submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

* One entry per member. First picture posted will be counted as your entry.

* Photos should be no more than 1000 pixels wide/high on their longest dimension.

* Photos must be taken by you and should be taken within the past 3 months.

Our sump is a small plastic one. Three tanks overflow to this sump. Only filtration outside of biological is a single 200 micron sock on the returns. Also have a phosphate reactor and a calcium reactor.

60g basement sump for my kids 125g. Used to have filter socks but replaced them with skimmer from seagull... Small fuge in center, pumps and heaters on the right. Deepwater dc8 pumps, one doing the work and a backup one pre installed just in case.
