Im not sure if its that my feed standards are decreasing or increasing, but the convenience factor has tripled
you can clear out a fridge quickly/make room quick, with much fiber

I am determined not to have to take ldl reducing pills in life if this is genetically possible. Im off to google whether or not eating meatshakes can keep me off pills for bad cholesterol

meatshake + hamburger, not a help.

meatshake breakfast, Mediterranean lunch dinner etc let's hope so. soon will see/checkup time coming soon and was trending 3 months ago into bad cholesterol territory. I guess six pounds of ground beef a week x 60 weeks = high ldl, so I swapped it for: meatshakes!

Hope the shakes help the cholesterol, but the ingredients are the important part. Liquid beef is still beef, Ha. If a brown cow produces chocolate milk, what type of cow make beef shakes? :eek:

Redcon1 has many really decent shakes with many flavors called MRE Lite. I use them (favorite is peanut butter cookie and snickerdoodle) and enjoy them (also uses meat as first ingredients) and tap water haha. If you’re Interested I’m sure I have a coupon or code I could send you. :)

it takes a lot to cause me to change direction. I still believe in grinding up random fridge ingredients and quickly downing it like a college frat contest, but for the love of Pete I think I’ll change to bottled water. My apts are from the 80’s and by inference cannot be in better condition than the pic above


this post above ruined meat shakes for me but only for two days, got some ozarka. It’s convenience factor I’ll miss the most, tap and blast was so fun until the pic above
