Haha! I intend to "improve" the design. Both things were next to each other and it's been that way for months.

I think we should promote him again. Whaddaya think, Chris- level 3.7?

Even before I saw Orly's reply about the level being 3.8, I was going to go with 3.8. Reason being, 38 was my dad's favorite number. It will forever be a mystery as to why because I never asked him and he never told me.

See, this is the kind of stuff that keeps me up at night. The mystery as to why our minds sometimes do what they do and not know why. Unsolved stuff drives me nuts, but enjoy the process of trying to figure it out even if it’s impossible.

For the hell 9f it, I looked up what the number 38 represents. This is what I found.

The meaning of 38 varies widely depending on the context:

• Spirituality & Numerology: Often called an "angel number", it blends the creativity of the number 3 with the abundance and ambition of the 8. It symbolizes a harmonious balance between spiritual growth and material manifestation.
• History & Geography: The 38th Parallel North was the famous pre-Korean War boundary separating North Korea and South Korea.
• Pop Culture: .38 refers to a common caliber of a revolver or handgun.
• Biology: Cats have exactly 38 chromosomes.
• Vision Tests: In the famous Ishihara color-blindness test, the number 38 is typically what people with standard color vision see

You may be onto something with this one as my dad was a Korean War veteran. Then again, knowing my dad, it could be a number that could be associated with the female anatomy. May both!

I did not know that but I do know a couple of neat tricks with calculators and spelling words on them. I would give you the directions for one or two but there is, of course, the TOS.

Could just be that being 38 was a really good year for him. If it was me it would be a random number just to make people nuts trying to figure out its significance.

I ordered one of these that I'm pretty excited about. They've been on backorder forever. The 17 year old acrylic box I used for taking top down shot fell the other day and broke. I will likely repair it, but really wanted to try this one out. Supposed to be here on Wednesday. Will uploads some shots with in once I have it.
