Looks like a dung beetle.

These speedy things. Pods?

Your tank is unattended. Was doing a little maintenance today with my top off and.......

Look at the yellow wrasse on the right side of the tank. (No fish were hurt in this post)

Here's a couple of pictures from this morning of our hero (Corris the yellow wrasse) from yesterday's deaf defying leap.

To hopefully help with the dinos, I ordered a couple of gallons each of pods and phyto. Should be here next week.

In the meantime, here a picture of a frogspawn I hadn't posted before.

I’m not sure where else to go to besides ask here but I just got a mystery coral from WWC, can you all help me ID it? From everything I can find it seems like it’s an RR Crazy T Montipora which would be amazing because this was a free mystery coral.

Hard to tell between the white light and blue light.

Looks like a Beach Bum except the polyps. Polyps are right for Crazy T but the growth edge might be wrong.

Yea looking at pics of both right now and it’s hard to tell. This is my first Monti, is this hair like material normal after the stress of shipping/dipping?

That's just mucous from shipping stress. It will go away shortly.

Nice coral by the way. They grow like crazy so make sure you plan your placement not to shadow other corals below it in the future.

If the polyps are blue/purple like the picture appears it's not the Beach Bum - those are green polyps.

Here is a better pic that I got using one of my cheap orange filters, this is the most accurate pic to what it looks like in person that I can get. The polyps are definitely purple under natural lighting when I was unboxing it.
