My Xenia has come off the plug I bought it on, I dipped it for 14 mins after buying it from lfs. It was doing fine but something isn’t right now. Just overnight it went from bountiful to blah. Now it has detached from the plug, (it was barely attached when I put it in the tank to begin with though.)

Salinity is low but will need your fill list of parameters and lights and intensity to narrow things dowb.

I may be saying it wrong but I believe so
Reef tanks are normally kept at 1.025im slowly trying to bring it up a half gal at a time so I don’t shock my other corals everything else seems fine but I am going to bring it back up

Coming off the plug is normal ....
they will spread like wild fire when they’re happy .
but .... proper reef parameters and stability is required

eventually .. you will find them everywhere .

Did you manage to get your alk down from 15 from your other post ?

Stability is key .
I’ll also attach a picture of parameters .
Stay between these parameters and you should have no issues ...

likely the salinity.
They require moderate light and water flow. Some iron in water occasionally.
Temp 77-79
Salinity 1.025 (slowly raise adding 1.027 water gradually to the sump)
nitrate < .5
ph 8.0-8.3

People here are here to help. Legit. In looking at your past history you don't want to accept it. Much of it great advise, Why? Stop sacrificing corals and fix the parameters. You KNOW the problems. I'm not normally so blunt, but you need to get a handle on this. We were all jumpy at the start, but slow down and get things settled please.

Wait, wait, wait.....the tank is 8 days old....EIGHT?, you have corals? Sorry but I'm checking out based on your post history. Best of luck, you'll really need it....

What’s your ammonia? Did you start with live rock? Looks like you have coralline in your first pic. Unless it’s painted.

And as everyone els said, bring up your salt. 1.026
