I have a Innovative marine nuvo 10 mixed reef. I’m getting tiny patches of hair algae. I just want to hear what I could do about it. I have been using a toothbrush, but I’m quickly getting sick of it.

Nitrate: less than 1ppm
Phosphate: 0.25ppm

Testing done with Salifert kits

Blennys tend to eat it but it's not a garentee they will it's personality dependant I think, I had a large patch in my DT and putting a hammer coral next to it wiped it out

snails and hermits. i wouldn't bother with scrubbing at most manually remove it with a hose to keep it short while snails or hermits clear it off.

How about emerald crabs?
they are usually used to try and control bubble algae and sometimes they can pick at some corals and if they get really big a danger to fish. Urchin would be a good choice also it would do an awesome job to control algae but they can bulldoze corals and move them around and they eat coraline algae as well.
