Personally I would go with 2 250W metal halides over the tank especially if you plan to grow SPS.

actually only want grown of my soft corals,, one metal halide dont cover all tank ?

You would just need the light hight enough to cover the tank. Most people would recommend an LED for such an application since you are only growing soft coral.

ok thank you so 250 or 400 both seller have the same price for me...

If you are doing all soft coral then 250 is all you need. But, if you think you will start keeping other coral down the road you might as well get the 400 now
