Missing Barcodes

Who should we contact about missing barcodes?

It usually takes a few days for a sample to be logged in California, but I have had one out now ~for a couple of weeks.

Thanks Tim! That actually makes the fasted turnaround I've seen yet.

I did not receive any notices though: arrival at the hub in California, arrival at the lab in Germany or that the report had been generated.

Strange, it's my domain and I have access to all of the spam/junk mail logs and nothing is making it to my side of the hosts server. Can you verify if anything has been bounced back on your end?
