Go into phone settings and see if your phone is currently running the most up to date ios. Apple was on 15.5 and has an update for 15.6. I updated and it goes right in every single time. Second time posting this
I had no idea this was an issue. I have been doing all dosing by hand for years. Invested in their doser pump and I trusted that it was doing its job.

Why are people logging in?

Just set them up as local, and there is no need to log into ecotechs servers.

Whil eI do not have lights, I do run 2 nero 3's, and have never "logged into" the app to adjust the flow patterns or intensities.

If you have Mobius, you have no choice but to use the App. The App authenicates with Ecotech's servers. There is no way around this.

Huh? Maybe I'm confused. I do not use the app with other ecotech products.

Is this only an issue with ecotech products, that weren't initially used with the AI app?

Like I said though, with my nero pumps, I never setup an AI account. Just use it to run the pumps locally through bluetooth.

I was totally reading things wrong... I use the AI app not mobius. Sorry.

I love the AI App. It works great, with zero connection issues when i had the Prime HD lights. Ecotech should take the AI app and make that one work for their line of products. Mobius is straight up garbage

MyAI sucked when I had it. I had 4 Nero pumps and they would never all connect at once.

I still don't understand putting the Vortechs on Mobius especially since people know the Mobius app is finicky.

Amazon is in the servers business. Lots of organizations run their servers thru Amazon. It could explain why the authenication is spotty.


AWS - Cloud Server Services - Reliable, Secure Cloud Server Yeah right.
Which means that their servers should have automatic backups enabled. Hell, I ran a game server for 2+ years that did automatic backups. If something when to crap, all I had to do is reinstall from the latest backup.

You would think they could grab a backup and re-install the server.

Do you have some resources or documentation to set them up as local, I did not see this as an option, although I likely missed it.

This only applies to the AI app. There is no work around for Mobius. Reboot your phone, update your phone, click your heels 3 times and pray that it works is all you can do.

I was able to briefly login least night. But it did not have either my Vortechs or my Hydra32s. I was able to have it rediscover my Vortechs, but it did not have any of the scenes I created. It also could not find the Hydras. I'm really hoping once this gets resolved it finds my old settings or I will be pretty ticked. My lighting schedule was heavily edited.

I think this might be fixed. I have logged in multiple times in the last couple of minutes.
