modify coralife t5ho fixture

So I am changing the light on my planted tank in my bedroom. I'm interested in the coralife t5ho fixtures due to their cost an fact it has moonlight.

As what I see there are two separate switches for daytime and moonlights. But one cord. So I'm wondering if I could modify a second in, or a timer some way so just the day lights go off and moons stay on.
