Mojano? Hydroid? Something else?

I've got these showing up all over my tank but I'm not sure what they are. There is at least 100 that I can see. Most are small, but they are growing. The largest are 1/2" - 3/4". I don't think they are bothering anything yet. Any thoughts?

I thought they looked like baby rock flowers as well, but would they all have exactly the same coloring? Every single one of them look the same.

Do you have RFA? Did you use live rock?
To me it looks similar to a St. Thomas Majano.
