Thanks!Beautiful reef! Congrats on your success!
I thought I would share some pics of my 120 gallon reef today.
Thank you so much and I'm glad you like how I tried to contrast sps with hammers and gorgonian. And I bet your tank is nicer than mine! That is so beautiful. I have the same size tank. "I love the way you do the things you do." I feel so inadequate.
Gasp! Amazing! Thanks, would it surprise you guys that I never do water changes nor I don't use a refugium...
Here's a pic of the 120 when it was first put up.
Just a regular Marine land 120 dual overflow. And sorry the pic was pretty bad but it was taken by a iPhone 5 but no I only use BRS rox .8 carbon to get clear water. Just a regular sump with a reef octopus skimmer and a jebao dc return that splits into 4 returns on top to get more flow through out the tank.Is that a 120-high tank? Also, what type of overflow is that in the left corner? I've never seen that, but I like how is doesn't just surface skim, if it's the overflow.
Looks like you just added water clarifier and cleaned the tank, lol. J/K .... It looks high definition! Good job.
Also, is it a closed loop tank, or do you use a sump?
I do, work at hobby town usa. And yes we have fun as a family because we all enjoy the saltwater but I'm the just maintenance guy..... And a channel would be fun for sure!Hi Jacob, I envy your tank it is stunning. Thanks for the video but next time speak a little louder. It was hard to hear over the sump noise. You must be very thankful to your family. Do you also have a summer job? I would love if you made a reefing channel.
Last January.I'd be interested in seeing some progression shots of this tank. Anyone else in on that request?
