My Apex failed me after power outage and I was without powerheads for around 2 days. Most corals are fine but my most impressive coral - montipora cap - lost its vibrant color and I see only small spots here and there with that nice vibrant color. I dosed amino and reef chili for few weeks but without success. I think coral is not dying because it is not bleaching and algae doesn't cover it.
My question - will it recover? Is there anything I can do to speed up recovery?

Tough to say whether it will recover or not. Generally fairly hardy, but sometimes they just give up. Maybe clip a healthy chunk and glue to another spot for some redundancy. Good sign no algae yet, but of it appears, clip and remove.

Do a full testing protocol to make sure nothing is off.
Having no algae growing on it is a good sign.
If nothing is amiss, I'm sure it will come back. It will take some time.
