Just received a frag pack from Moto826 and was EXTREMELY pleased. There were so many extras packed in there, that I initially thought that i must of gotten someone's order. Best packaging I've seen to date, with each frag secured in specimin cups w/carbon, tops taped for extra security, double heat packs, cushened well with stryo peanuts and all secured in a Sealed Styrofoam box.
Communication was top notch too. Almost got daily updates indicating when frags were being cut, when they were getting heal time, advance notice on shipping date, tracking # sent, then a follow-up inquiring if everything made it OK, with promises to make things right in the rare event they didn't. No worries, 100% survival, with large healthy ZOA frags opening even during the acclimation process.
He couldn't of made a penny on this deal with the amount of frags he sent, but did make for one happy and extremely satisfied buyer. I would not hesitate a bit if you're thinking of buying from this seller.
