Moving Leopard Wrasse

I have a juvenile leopard wrasse that is about 1-1/2" long. It's time to move him/her into the 750 so I'm looking for tips for the move. Both tanks have virtually identical macro water chemistry/temp/ph. I know where he sleeps....it is a good idea to move and their sand bed to the larger tank? Both tanks have extensive quarantine regimens so I wasn't planning to QT but just looking for the best opportunity to make the jump.

Any thoughts.

If your temp/pH/salinity all closely match, I'd just scoop and go from one tank to the next.
