The top photo is the 10 gallon tank and the bottom is the current state of the 5 gallon. I'm moving everything over and was wondering where it should all go to be happiest.

I was thinking of siliconing the gsp to the left or back wall and maybe putting the tree leather in that cup like spot on the left rock. The rock from the 5 gallon will go in front left corner of the 10 gallon. The birds of paradise has been doing great in the 5 gallon and I really want to keep it happy going into the 10 gallon. The green birdsnest hasn't been too green but its beginning to colour back up after it's long acclimation period. Also I cant put corals on the sand bed because I'm going to put a goby and pistol pair in.

I was planning on moving the little aquaclear 20 to the back right and point its flow down tank toward where I was thinking of putting the power head. Powerhead might go in the back left corner and point toward the front and slightly down to push water back across. The light from the 5 gallon is coming over too and it's an AquaLED coral box which should be enough for that 10 gallon.

To sum everything up, I want advice on where to place corals and powerhead on the new 10 gallon, thank you in advance!

Not familiar with that light but in something that shallow I would think placement anywhere would be good for the GSP and about any soft corals. You mentioned siliconing the GSP. Use gel super glue instead. It will hold much better.

Thanks and I'm not too worried about the softies but I want to make sure everything will get the flow it wants and still have room to grow and maybe even put some zoa or mushrooms soon. Also I was thinking silicone instead because it might be a pain to remove the glue in the future if I want to but that's a good idea. Also the light is really good, comes with an app to control it too.
