Have you already taken the wet side apart and ensured it spins easily?
Hi, so I’ve taken the wet side apart and everything seems ok. Honestly not sure what to do now as dry side seems to work when not near the wet. Probably have to sell as spares. Thanks for advice though. JoeHave you already taken the wet side apart and ensured it spins easily?

Mounting together correctly? Sorry I’m vert new to this. When powered off they stick together brilliantly but when off they do struggle. I’m trying to use it on a Red Sea reefer 250 if that helps.Welcome aboard.
Just checking. You are mounting the two halves together while powered off correct? Getting them aligned correctly is crucial as is glass not being too thick.
I do have another brick yes. Thank you. I’ll try this later and let you know. Thank you.Welcome!
This may sound odd, but can you swap out the power brick? It's the block that the controller and plug connects to.
I've had a couple times where the dry side would spin ok, and even the wet side, but any setting over 50% would cause flashing lights on the controller and reduced flow, and then eventually no spinning on the dry or wet side. I had an extra "brick" lying around to test/use so I swapped them and that fixed it. I used that for a while (a couple years) until the same thing started happening.
Bought a new brick from Amazon with same or close to same specs, and now the mp10 works normally again. Might be worth a shot if you have another brick to swap and test with before buying a replacement.
