Hi, just joined. I’ve got a problem with an Mp10 I’m hoping someone can help with. I’ve just bought second hand. The dry side seems to be working fine, ramps up and down with the app ect but as soon as I try to put the wet side on the wet side makes a loud clicking noise, doesn’t rotate and sends the dry side into shock almost. Any ideas? Thanks Joe

Have you already taken the wet side apart and ensured it spins easily?

Sorry to interject in the OP's thread, but I'm in a similar situation with a couple MP10's I got used (I've never owned a new one). Is there a way to take the wet side apart? I was just going to replace it, but worth a shot to clean it if I can. I think this may relate the to OP's problem as well. Thanks for your help!

You will need to gently rotate the plastic screen on the outside. The shaft is fragile so you want to do this gently. here is a video on it.

Thank you so much, I'll give it a try! Can't hurt, I was going to replace them, so might as well try this. Thanks again!

Assure the impeller shaft has no debris in it and the magnet is not scored/scraped. Also check for bearing in place
