and both is flashing green/red
i try to disconnect it and reconnect it but still same problem

what dose green/red mean ?
the pump was setting for some time is that a problem ?

Do a Hard Reset of both pumps ->

I would Reset Both per the instructions & then set the mode you want.

I would call Ecotech, they are real good about helping figure things out. You also said they had been sitting for awhile, I would take the wet-side apart & see if the shafts are stuck.

they give me a place to call to help me and that one was closed for ever

but i figer it out it was not the controller problem
it was the power supply.. i try it with working controller and it was working i thought it was controller but then today i try to change the power supply and it was working just fine!!

but now for new power suplly can i use any power supply with 2.5A 24v and it will work ?

This is the answer. Mine was flashing green and red as soon as I started it up. Tried different wet sides all the buttons did nothing. After reading this I put another power supply with the same voltage as mine and bam It worked. U saved me so much time and money lol I thought I was going to have to buy another wave maker.

Same here... just determined the PS was the culprit for my Red/Green stall. $12 on Amazon and I'll be up and running

Can you link the power supply?
