multiple copies of my device in myGHL

Morning all,

Has anyone seen this before? I logged into MYGHL this morning and I have several "copies" of my Profilux there. The reaility is I only own 1 Profilux 3.

All copies have the same my GHL ID.

I tried to remove them using the gear/settings icon but just get an error.

Thoughts?

I have not experienced this. Just checked mine and all is normal.

My normal too. Make a ticket - I think it is a database problem

Thanks. Have logged ticket - just waiting on response. It's not a big deal so no urgency.

Try logging out, clear your history, cache, then log back in. Also try a different browser.

Also happens in the app on my phone (so I suspect it's an issue on my account in the back end).

I have a ticket logged and GHL have replied - working through issue now (just takes while with time zone differences, etc).
