Mushroom folding up?

my mushroom seems like it’s folding up. Is this normal, or should I change placement. It fell of its frag plug so I’ve kept it in a low flow area of my tank. I attached image.

Yes they fold up. They shrink and swell. They can get taller or lay as flat as a pancake. They will move around if they don't like where you have them.
