I just got this one. It's red and baby blue. Very similar to yours when my white lights are on. Store didn't have a designer name for it but mentioned the previous owner said something about toxic spill. but my search turned up nothing. Even searching for mushrooms in this color turned up little results.

Curious if anyone has any leads on a name for his and mine if they are different
