Mustard tang success

I have had 3 mustard tangs in the past, I think two lived for a day each, the last one lasted maybe a month. All were eating by, next day dead on the bottom.

Has anyone kept these fish successfully? According to some fish sites, they are considered “hardy”, but I seem to have better luck with fish like powder blues and Achilles .

Any thoughts?

No experience with a mustard directly but I think with any tang. The thee big keys to success are

1) high flow.
2) consistent temps
3) a properly or oversized skimmer that provides good aeration
