- I have the LED panels set up in a 3x3 pattern hanging 20" off of the water surface. At about 95%, I get close to an average of 375 par on the top of the aquascape and average about 50 to 150 on the bottom.

- My tank has settled in a rhythm and I usually perform a 40 or so water change once a month.

- I have learned that with this particular system with high nutrient levels I still see significant health and growth with the coral. So I stopped chasing numbers and just let the tank do what it wants to do.
