Good evening, I am working on a comparison of test kits. I shot the videos today so that I would have one sample used and the result would be fare. I did take a screenshot of the results and well I will let you make up your mind.

For nitrates Red Sea has been consistent across different tests
Phosphates I am sticking with Hanns
Alk, I was surprised that the ELOS, AF, and Hanna tested so close
Ca Hanna and AF tested close. Many complaints I have read is that Hanna test high.
Mg Well with out a third kit, might have to go out and get a salifert kit to be sure

I will try to get the videos edited over the holiday and something written up

Looks like some areas were not nearly as fortunate.

I did drive around this morning (during Curfew) and some of the intersection were flooded, limbs down and just minor damage. I am sure there are a few with more damage, but from what I see Orlando was in a good place besides services down. I still have to wash the cars, you would figure with the natural power wash they would be clean. Two of the big trees in the yard need to be butchered and I am going to purchase a chain saw tomorrow and I am going to play tree butcher to save on tree and clean out the other.

I am having a cold beer and will watch the local news. I would say that the weather channel had better coverage than our local channels, even though Jim Cantore was standing out with a kevlar helmet, flack vest in Naples like a fool

I have been busy of late and not doing regular water changes. My corals look great. I have been averaging every two weeks for the water change. Tomorrow is fish tank day!!
