My foxface would freak all the time in beginning. He still freaks his and again for silliest things but he has mellowed quite a bit

I've been MIA for a while. Been doing last minute things with college and work. Last Tuesdsy, I had rotator cuff surgery with subacromial decompression... been out of my routine and trying to get back into it. Here are a couple pics of the reef tonight. I had to top off the sump and dont have a ATO, dont want one either. I made my own lol. And the Shunk cleaner shrimps are open for business. Happy reefing even with one arm!

Beautiful pair! Love Cleaner Shrimp. Hope you are feeling better.
They are awesome and are always out n about. Hubby and I witnessed one of them spawn the other night, it was pretty cool and I didn't have my phone
I am day 4 post surgery today.. over the sling already. I have to be in it for at least 6 weeks...out of work around 3 to 4 months..

Here’s to quick healing. Shoulders are amazing joints but so susceptible to getting jacked up. Got two tears and inflammation in mind hoping PT will be enough.
Love the cleaner shrimp sad I got only one seeing spawning musta been wicked cool.

It was pretty cool! I got excited but forgot my phone. hubby thought it was cool but not as much as I did.
I did physical therapy, even stopped going to the gym for a year did not help. I had a bone spur on my acromin, caused the tear in my supraspinatus tendon. Very common tear, the down time has been horrible! I like being active. I hope PT helps you.

Thank you. The supraspinatus tendon tear is common. I am 2 weeks post surgery today and each day is different, getting better. My sleep is horrible though. Not enough to do to exhaust my mind.
I do hope you get answeres and dont need surgery, becasue its terrible.

Tank update: I guess the summer storm caused some tension in our reef. I was examining our reef with the lights off, noticed two emerald crabs releasing their tension and one of our cleaner shrimp molt. Never ending suprises. Sorry for the blurry pictures, trying to get this left handed stuff down.
