My Clam Fell Off Its Rock...

I have a Maxima Clam in my Coral QT that I should have moved a couple weeks ago. I am currently dealing with Aiptaia in my Coral QT and did not want to move the rock it is attached to and posted about that in another Forum, (should have done it here though). It was recommended that I either wait until all Aiptasia has been gone for a few weeks or cut the Clam off the rock. I was not going to cut the Clam so I have been doing my best to rid the tank of Aiptasia.

Long story short...this morning my Clam is off the rock and laying on the sand. It does not look like it is dead and it is open and the mantle is out like normal. I am thinking of taking this opportunity to move it to my DT, but not sure if I should do anything else besides the normal Temp and PH acclimation process and scrubbing the shell. What should I do? Should I take any additional steps in acclimation? Is it normal for them to un-attach themselves like that? How do I tell if it is injured, sick or stressed?

Any help is much appreciated!

Edit: Figured I'd ask...what is a good range of PAR for them? I have read anywhere from 200 to 1200 so I am not sure what to actually believe. The place I was thinking of putting it is around 290 PAR.

It was not happy with the place where it is at so it let go of it and try to find better place. It needs higher light than 290 PAR. Maxima need light in the order of SPS. Often they are right at the surface of the reef, right at the waterline, even above it at low tide.
