I want to know my clownfish, he swim vertically to the wave that come out from water filter. Does it sign something? Water parameters it's okay and salinity is 26ppt

Yes, maybe a problem I send to you again but now the fish gone, I don't know what happened but last night was fine and this morning he swim fast (Hit anything), Lost color and breathing heavily.

Live: starfish 1, Snail: 2, Carpet Anemone 1 and Sea urchin 2

Sorry to hear the fish died. I did not see any real symptoms in the video. However, the rapid breathing followed quickly by the fish dying, but the invertebrates all being alive tends to point to a gill parasite known at Amyloodinium, or velvet.

The best thing for you to do now is to leave the tank with no fish in it for 60 days. The fish parasite will die out and you can then add new fish. However, if you don't quarantine your new fish, there is always a risk that they will bring another disease into your tank.
